From time to time, as a hooked rug settles, a stray loop of yarn may pop up. This is perfectly normal. Do not pull the loop; simply trim it with scissors. Our wool hooked area rugs naturally lose a bit of fuzz; fetch a vacuum and groom away. For all wool rugs, we recommend professional cleaning only.

Items that are eligible for return or exchange, can be returned for a merchandise store credit, less all shipping fees, which is good for one year from date of return. Items returned must be in new, unused condition.
